Identify and eliminate waste through effective Root Cause Analysis
This course is designed to teach the attendees how to use process driven root cause analysis, and includes some of the most popular and useful problem solving techniques available. The attendee will leave this workshop solving problems faster and with more confidence in their solutions. These objectives are accomplished with a simple set of learning aids that can be used each time Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is applied in your facility. Methods that will be covered include:
